
Guests will be entertained by jazz and swing singer Shane Hampsheir on board the cruiser on 10 and 25 October as they take in the capital's landmarks along the river Thames.
The chef, from The Elephant restaurant in Torquay, has created a menu based around sustainable sources for the meal, with dishes including Brixham crab, chilled tomato consommé, Exmoor venison loin, and panna cotta with compressed strawberries and tonka bean meringue.
Hulstone said: "I am delighted to be working with Bateaux London and look forward to creating a five-course meal whilst cruising past some of London’s most iconic sights."
