A leaked internal report at Barclays Bank has revealed that it is unpopular with the public and is seen to offer its customers poor “rip-off” services.

LONDON (Brand Republic) – A leaked internal report at Barclays Bank has revealed that it is unpopular with the public and is seen to offer its customers poor “rip-off” services.

The confidential 25-page document said that the bank is seen as a symbol of a “culture of greed” that makes “excessive profits” while offering “sub-standard and expensive services”.

The report also admitted that the bank’s reputation had been ruined by the closure of thousands of rural branches.

The bank is planning to launch £1m makeover of its image. (Ananova)
