Axa reviews global media for asset management arm

Axa, the financial services company, is on the hunt for an agency to handle global media planning and buying for its asset management arm.

Agencies have been contacted with RFIs. Axa has enlisted the help of Oystercatchers for the pitch process.

At the end of last month, Axa revealed a new global leadership team with plans to have a "stronger focus" on customers and look to develop itself in emerging markets.

Axa called a review of its UK ad pitch in February, and three shops pitched for the business two weeks ago. The work was previously handled by Kitcatt Nohr.

The company is also in the middle of reviewing global creative work for its Investment Managers division.

Havas Media handles the media planning and buying business for the main Axa brand. The account is worth £40m.
