The beauty brand injects even more female empowerment into the original anthem

"This is Boss Life," a new campaign from Avon and Terri & Sandy, is meant to capture the financial freedom and flexibility the beauty company provides its representatives. Along with print and radio ads, Avon has created a spot set to the tune of "I Will Survive," with tweaked lyrics. In the one-minute ad, women appear as stiff figures, filing papers at their office jobs. Then, as a woman sings, "I should have broken free, if I’d known for just one second I could be the boss of me," the workers break out into dance and celebrate their new-found independence as Avon sales reps. The spot will air on TV and will be shared on social.
