Car e-tailer Autotrader.co.uk will increase coverage of new
vehicles when it relaunches its site at the end of the week.
It is looking to grow its new car business, and its section on new cars
will include content from Channel 4's 4car.co.uk site after the
relaunch.
A £50,000 marketing campaign will support the relaunch and will
include direct mail, automotive press and online ads. One promotion will
see Grand Prix tickets up for grabs.
Martyn Hammond, sales and marketing director at AutoTrader Digital,
said: "We built our business on used cars, but now we are hoping to
stimulate manufacturers to add us to their marketing mix."
