Astus UK chief executive Frances Dickens has become chief executive of Astus Group.

In the UK, media director David Jones has become managing director, while client director Steve Huddleston is now commercial director.

Dickens said: "This is a very exciting time for Astus and I’m looking forward to taking our responsible and disciplined approach to barter, into new markets.

"The UK will remain our core market however, and the head office for the Astus Group. With David and Steve looking after day-to-day operations in the UK, I know we are in safe hands."

Astus claims to be the biggest barter company in the UK with media billings of £70m, and £8.5m of trade value delivered to its 110 clients.
