The Cheadle-based agency has grown this year by winning new business including the Environmental Association for Universities and Colleges, and building its relationships with existing clients such as Moneysupermarket and drinks wholesaler Matthew Clark.
Despite a tumultuous period in 2012 that saw the agency downsize from seven to four staff, Assured Events has had a "phenomenal year", according to managing director Karl Perry.
Events this year have included an experiential and interactive awards for Moneysupermarket, held in June, and an incentive for Matthew Clark last month.
Meanwhile, the Environmental Association for Universities and Colleges has awarded Assured Events a two-year deal starting with an event in May 2014, while growth has also come from other bodies in the education sector.
Perry said: "It has been a rollercoaster couple of years, but we feel we now have very sustained growth."
Assured Events, which launched in 2006, will grow its team to five at the end of this month with the appointment of Jade Hitchins as account executive.
Perry added he anticipates further growth of 25% in 2014, after increasing turnover to £1m to the end of December 2013 from £716,000 last year, when profit was £42,000 - around 6%.
The agency will submit its annual accounts for the year ending 31 December 2013 to Companies House by September 2014.
