Aspire will run hospitality for events at the stately home which receives 60,000 day visitors a year and has 400 acres of parkland and 27 acres of gardens in its estate. Aspire will also run the two permenant catering outlets: Bodger’s Cabin and Hooke’s Café.
Under the new contract, Aspire has developed a 'takeaway bites' menu for children and will set up a pop-up restaurant this summer and a marquee for weddings and events.
Steven Saunders, creative director and co-owner of Aspire, said the business had been developed with the visitor attraction market in mind: "We know from our research that there is a lot of potential to improve the customer experience of food and drink in many visitor attractions and with the growth of staycations over recent years, customers today want good quality food at prices offering value for money and that’s what we will be providing.
"Aspire Hospitality is redeveloping and refining the food offer, which plays such an important part in the visitor experience. We’ve developed quick takeaway bites for children and a new range of seasonal dishes that visitors can enjoy in the spectacularly grand setting of Ragley Hall."
The hall is Grade I-listed and is the family home of the Marquess and Marchioness of Hertford. It has been the seat of the Conway Seymour family since 1680.
