Asda redesigns in-store activity

Asda has revamped its in-store promotional activity to bring it into line with its latest ad strapline, 'More for you for less'.

More than 1m point-of-sale displays using the line 'We sell for less' will appear in Asda stores from this month.

A second phase of activity will follow next month, comprising sidestacks and gondola ends.

The revamp, through in-store marketing agency Bezier, is intended to simplify its store communications.

The activity comes as Asda places a renewed emphasis on in-store marketing.

Last month, it appointed Inferno to handle its £10m in-store experiential work, which was previously split between three agencies.

Inferno is preparing to open an office near Asda's Leeds headquarters before it takes on the account full-time.
