- The poster campaign for Yves Saint Laurent's Opium perfume featuring naked model Sophie Dahl is one of the most complained about ads in the history of the Advertising Standards Authority and has been ordered to be taken down.

The poster, which shows Dahl on her back with her legs provocatively spread-eagled, has been deemed degrading to women and offensive. According to the ASA's director general Christopher Graham, the poster broke the British Codes of Advertising and Sales Promotion.

Since the campaign launched 730 people have complained, which is more than for any other ad since 1995.

The posters were created in-house.
