SeeSaw uses the technology originally intended for the defunct Project Kangaroo in July from shareholders ITV, BBC Worldwide and Channel 4, bought by Arqiva in July.

Vizeum won the business after a pitch against the agencies originally on the pitchlist for the Project Kangaroo media business, thought to be Mindshare, Mediaedge:cia, MPG and OMD.

Arqiva is understood to have paid around £8 million to acquire the assets of Project Kangaroo.

SeeSaw is expected to launch in the next few months and is understood to have signed Channel 4 and BBC Worldwide as content partners.
