Publicis replaces the BBDO network on the three accounts. BBDO Chicago had handled the brands on a global basis since 1998 and the network was re-appointed when Allied Domecq consolidated all its brands into three global agencies at the end of last year.
But in July, the drinks giant, which incorporates responsible drinking messages on all its advertising, announced it would end its partnership with BBDO and seek a new agency.
Allied Domecq's chief marketing officer Kim Manley will oversee the appointment.
All accounts will be run out of Publicis' London office although none of the three brands currently advertises extensively here.
The company is believed to be planning a greater marketing drive behind Kahlua later this year.
First Drinks rather than Allied distributes and markets Stolichnaya in the UK.
Kahlua is the second largest single liqueur brand in the world and the leading imported brand in the US, which accounts for two-thirds of the brand's sales. Other main markets are Canada, Greece, Japan and the Nordic nations.
Beefeater's key markets are Spain, where it has nearly 20% of the gin market, the US, Central and Eastern Europe and international duty free.
