It will be the first time that Al Jazeera has been available in English in the UK, and will feature 12 hours of rolling news, interviews, in-depth analysis and coverage every day.
The broadcaster, state owned by Qatar, said it would provide a fresh outlook on world events and viewers are able to preview a behind-the-scenes look at the service via Beam TV's .
Wadah Khanfar, director general of the Al Jazeera Network, said: "The launching of the English channel offers the chance to reach out to a new audience that is used to hearing the name Al Jazeera, without being able to watch it or understand its language.
"The new channel will provide the same ground-breaking news and impartial and balanced journalism to the English-speaking world."
The naming of an official launch date completes a busy month for the channel, which snapped up BBC News presenter Darren Jordan at the beginning of October.
Veteran journalist Sir David Frost and BBC World frontman Stephen Cole penned deals with the channel last year.
Al Jazeera International was originally slated to launch in the spring, and it was then hoped that it could go live in June, but it is understood that difficulties with its high-definition TV technology have postponed the launch date until now.
The channel's English-language service will link up Al Jazeera's bureaus in Doha, Kuala Lumpur and Washington DC, with its latest offices in London.
The November 15 launch date will coincide with Al Jazeera's 10-year anniversary of its Arabic-language service.
