Graham Beckett, Founding partner, Results International

Beckett is a serial entrepreneur, setting up his first marketing and promotional firm in 1969. He started Results International in 1991.

 

Tess Alps, Chief executive, Thinkbox

Alps' broadcast career has spanned three decades; she joined Thinkbox in 2006 from PHD. Alps is a Fellow of the Royal Television Society and a member of Bafta.

 

Mark Bainbridge, Managing director, Bainbridge Cooper Assoc

Bainbridge has worked at RBS and Emap. Prior to that he spent nine years as marketing and communications director for the British Army.

 

Juliet Blackburn, Managing director, Grupo Consultores

Blackburn, formerly of the AAR and Skype, joined Grupo Consultores this year. She has also held brand-side roles at Coca-Cola and BT.

 

Jude Brooks, Digital activation manager, Coca-Cola GB and Ireland

Brooks has worked in digital since 1999. In her current role she offers thought leadership across the Coca-Cola brand portfolio.

 

Hugh Burkitt, Chief executive, The Marketing Society

Burkitt began his career as a trainee at Birds Eye Foods. He spent 30 years in advertising before joining The Marketing Society in 2003.

 

Charlie Carpenter, Managing director, creativebrief

Carpenter was promoted to his current role this year. The business works with high-profile brands such as Heineken and RBS.

 

Phil Chapman, Chief marketing officer, Kerry Foods

Chapman has held marketing roles at major companies since the 80s, including a senior post at T-Mobile.

 

Sally Earnshaw, Head of management development, Blue Sky

Earnshaw has more than 20 years of experience building and managing teams and has developed solutions for British Gas and HSBC.

 

Nick Fennell, Managing director, Archway Management

Fennell was a director at CPM before setting up his own field marketing consultancy, Archway Management.

 

Alan Gilmour, Head of brand and CRM, Cogent Elliott

Gilmour is a financial-services specialist who also led the marketing effort for the previous government's ID cards scheme.

 

Kerry Glazer, Chief executive, AAR Group

Glazer joined the AAR as commercial director in 1999. Her career has included spells at JWT, WCRS and Kendall Tarrant.

 

Nigel Holland, Regional president, EMEA, Tata Global Beverages

Having worked for Kraft, Boots and Scottish & Newcastle, Holland has climbed the ranks at tea brand Tetley to his present role.

 

Julia Hutchison, Chief operating officer, APA

Before joining the APA in 2004, Hutchison worked at media agency Starcom, Sunday Business Publishing and Associated Newspapers.

 

Matthew Langley, Brand manager, Westons Cider

Langley specialises in sponsorship negotiation, branding and identity creation for small and medium FMCG businesses.

 

Colin Lloyd, Chairman, Motivcom

Lloyd, who founded KLP Group in 1970, is an expert in promotional marketing. He is a former chief executive of the Direct Marketing Association.

 

Noelle McElhatton, Editor, Marketing magazine

McElhatton was appointed editor of Marketing in December 2010. She began her career at Random House, before moving into magazines in the early 90s.

 

Mhairi McEwan, Co-founder and chief executive, Brand Learning

McEwan spent more than 18 years at Unilever, and is a former vice-president, marketing, for PepsiCo (Europe).

 

Lucinda Peniston-Baines, Managing partner, The Observatory

Peniston-Baines has advised Microsoft UK and Lloyds TSB on agency search and management, and worked for agencies Grey and HHCL.

 

Tina Quelch, Head of operational excellence, Nationwide

Quelch has held senior roles in retailing and financial services, and has worked in the contact centre industry for the past 12 years.

 

Gareth Roberts, Chief executive, Leicestershire and Rutland FA

Roberts directs the county FA organisation across coaching, referee development and administration.

 

Danny Russell, Marketing strategy director, BSkyB

Russell joined Sky in 1998, having worked for Boots, Kraft and British Airways. His remit includes insight and customer engagement.

 

Jon Southcombe, Managing partner, Retail Marketing International

Southcombe, who is head of this shopper marketing and in-store media specialist, is a former professional tennis player.

 

Tony Spong, Business director, AAR Group

Before joining the AAR in 2007, Spong spent five years at Royal Mail. His career also includes spells at NatWest, McCann and Proximity.

 

Jennelle Tilling, Vice-president of marketing, KFC UK & Ireland

Tilling has worked in senior marketing roles for KFC owner Yum! since 1999. She previously worked at McVitie's and Nestle Dairy.

 

Richard Tolley, Founder, Krux Strategy

Tolley started out at Van den Bergh Foods before moving to Kraft. He has also worked at Anchor Foods, Unilever Bestfoods, Fox's Biscuits and Dairy Crest.
