
The pitch is being run through the Crown Commercial Service and is open to all creative agencies on the government’s roster.
George & Dragon is the incumbent. It was appointed on a two-year contract after a competitive pitch in 2013. The agency would not comment on the review but it is eligible to repitch.
Before George & Dragon, Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R held the account for four years. A 2010 spot created by RKCR/Y&R, called "clock change", won a silver Lion at Cannes.
