Aer Lingus sponsors Johnny Vaughan's breakfast show on Capital FM

LONDON - Aer Lingus is sponsoring the 95.8 Capital FM Breakfast Show with Johnny Vaughan and Lisa Snowdon, in a six-month deal worth £800,000.

The deal starts in March and was negotiated through MediaVest. The multi-media sponsorship will involve podcast sponsorship, on-line and on-air competitions.

Aer Lingus has opened up new routes from Gatwick to European destinations including Faro, Munich and Nice. The partnership aims to build awareness of the airline with Londoners.

Capital FM is part of the Global Radio group. The London station has 981,000 weekly listeners.
