Adidas in online push for women's clothing range

LONDON – Adidas is launching an interactive online campaign for its women's winter collection through Yahoo! and key female sites such as Glamour and Cosmopolitan.

The six-figure European campaign uses ad spaces including Yahoo! Messenger customised avatars where female users can interact with the Adidas brand to reflect their personality and style through the clothing.

Online space has also been bought from the websites for Elle, FitforFun.de, i-Circle and Estillsimo to support print campaigns in the titles.

The creative was though De-Construct and media stategy, planning and buying was through Carat International.

The online campaign, which runs in conjunction with the release of the Adidas clothing range, targets female audiences in the UK, Germany, Spain and Sweden.
