The company has handed LBi a multimillion-pound brief spanning website development, online advertising and digital strategy across key international territories including the UK, US, Europe and Asia.
Adecco, which owns Office Angels and Secs in the City, plans to increase its digital marketing spend as part of a strategy to 'attract, engage and involve' job-seekers online during 2008.
The company is understood to have already briefed LBi to overhaul its global web portal and develop an online ad campaign that targets both blue-collar workers and skilled professionals.
Adecco has a network of 33,000 employees and 6600 offices across 70 countries. The human resources company, which is based in Switzerland, announced revenues of EUR5.4bn (£4bn) in the third quarter of 2007, up 2% on the same period in the previous year.
