Through the partnership, Adconion will increase its audience reach by more than 25% to nearly 400 million unique users.
The announcement follows the departure last week of the company's managing director Mike James, who left after three years without a job to go to. He will be replaced in due course.
In the interim, James' responsibilities will be handled by Arndt Groth, the company's president of Europe; commercial director Mark Connolly; vice-president, network operations Veerle de Lombaerde; and global marketing director Joanne Cox.
