Action on Addiction "the dry/clean initiative" by Leo Burnett London

Leo Burnett London is encouraging dry cleaners to give forgotten suits to charity Action on Addiction, to help recovering addicts find work.

Laura Clark and Elliott Starr came up with the idea, based on the statistic that 15 per cent of dry cleaning is never claimed by its owners and research from the National Institute on Drug Abuse that employment can increase the chance of long-term recovery by 79 per cent. Leo Burnett has already signed up 34 dry-cleaning businesses to the scheme in London, and has created a film to help promote the campaign.
