Charity Christian Aid has chosen Agency.com to develop and create a new strategy for its online business. Starting in July, the work will begin with user research through focus groups. The agency will use its findings to shape an online strategy for Christian Aid.

Barclays has selected CheetahMail as its email services provider. The bank will use the agency to improve the delivery and measurement of email-marketing campaigns across a number of business areas, including retail and corporate banking.

E-tailer Iwantoneofthose.com has hired agency Logan Tod to improve its effectiveness in converting site visitors to sales, in time for the Christmas rush. The agency has also won accounts for Mothercare, Littlewoods and Renault.

Both Guardian Newspapers and CricInfo.com are set to use web analytics provider WebSideStory's analytic tool, HBX. The product will deliver real-time analytics to ABCe standards, according to the company.

Tillate.com, the international nightlife web site has signed a two-year contract with digital media company AdLink to sell advertising on the web site and create sponsorship opportunities. The web site claims to have more than 170,000 registered members, who are allowed to set up their own personal photo album.

Travelodge has worked with Sense Internet to develop a new search facility and revamp its homepage. The aim is to offer consumers improved accessibility and booking facilities. It follows a review and research into user behaviour on the site.

Jaguar has selected Vividas to stream videos of its new show car, the Jaguar Advanced Lightweight Coupe. Vividas' technology is being used to stream five full-screen videos on the UK section of the web site at Jaguar.com.

Label company Dymo has chosen interactive agency DNA to develop an online ad campaign and a clutch of microsites for its main product, the Label Writer 400. The integrated campaign will be rolled out across Asia, Europe, United States and Australia.
