
It is launching a consolidated monthly newsbrands report that will include circulation figures and online traffic details.
The move has been welcomed by the industry. Steve Goodman, the managing director for print trading at GroupM, said it will help the industry understand "the true scale that newsbrands have to offer".
The first report will be available of 17 December, and will be interactive to make the data easier to access, view and analyse.
Rufus Olins, the chief executive at Newsworks, said: "It will be refreshing to see the artificial distinction between the different platforms disappear.
"It’s been a long time since newspapers were just about paper and this change reflects that."
