The move comes a year after 360 bought ExpoFlora Group, and will see Peebles take on the 360 Creative Event Services name with immediate effect.
No staff have been made redundant and Peebles founder Martin Peebles will join 360 as a consultant on key projects.
"Peebles is a great fit for 360. As well as the exhibition work the specialist vehicle landscaping is a perfect complement to our existing floral and creative business," said 360 chairman David Walley.
"We continue to look for opportunities to expand our stock, our capabilities and the breadth of our offering."
The business will be based in the Treehouse, the nursery and workshop of 360’s floral division.
