Moseley, who has been with 180 Amsterdam since 2010, has taken on the role of president and chief creative officer today (12 August). Moseley will maintain his former ECD responsibilities, meaning he is in charge of the agency’s creative work as well as its growth and management team.

According to a statement from 180 Amsterdam, Moseley has helped the agency grow from a single client (Adidas) to a roster including PlayStation, Asics and Diageo.

Moseley replaces Kevin Dundas, who left the agency to help Launch Droga5’s London office in April.

Before joining 180 Amsterdam, Moseley was a name partner at Hurrell Moseley Dawson & Grimmer in London.

Before that he was executive creative director at Wieden & Kennedy Amsterdam and led the teams that created Coca Cola’s ‘Happiness Factory’ and the "joga bonito" campaign for Nike. Moseley has also had stints at TBWA and Mother in London.

Michael Allen, the global chief executive of 180, said: "Naming Al to the position of president and chief creative officer was an easy decision for me and our chairman, Chris Mendola.

"He is a world-class creative talent, has the respect of our clients, and is a proven leader of the agency. He has command of every aspect of our business in Amsterdam and the team is poised for great things."
