My mentor is the managing director of Media Circus, Linda Ewing. I have worked with her over five years on several different projects, including the station's 'Big Star' promotion and the A1GP Regent Street event.
Linda has taught me the importance of getting the most out of partnerships, while ensuring that promises are delivered on, so as to encourage long-term relationships rather than one-hit wonders.
She understands the needs of brands, and the importance of relationship-building between brands. Brand link-ups may not always be to your advantage at the point of inception, but if you build the relationship, you will be prepared for a point in the future when your brand will benefit.
Linda is always on the go, with no-nonsense and upfront qualities which I believe make a great leader.
